Trolleys Coming to H Street, But When?

Trolleys are coming to D.C.'s H Street corridor, but it's notclear exactly when. The plan is for tracks to run from OklahomaAvenue and Benning Road along H Street to Union Station. But theprice to pay for that is a big headache if you live, work, or drivein the area along the corridor.
